...never mind. After flushing caches and refreshing it showed up in the right spot. It turned that the entire section where one can set versions to be ignored was missing. When this rendering issue occurs, the checkbox is placed after the 'Save configuration' & 'Reset default' buttons. I don't know what might be the cause of that rendering issue though. I guess it is a rare case and probably that's why I haven't noticed this before as I state in #0.
