First of all a very nice and useful module.
I took the liberty to implement this feature , attached is the patch file.
It counts only a specific pages set in the admin of the module.
It counts each visit on those each 10 minutes (more work on the admin of this feature should be done)

If you find it useful please put it on next version, If you do not It is ok also :)

- Show block on specific pages

It counts each visit on those each 10 minutes (more work on the admin of this feature should be done)

Go to admin/config/counter/advanced:
- Delay before next insert (in second)
