no menu path defined for user fetch

From the /user/1/flickrrippr page, using my new and only account, the 'Fetch Now' link points to /user/1/flickrrippr/fetch/123456789 , but there is no menu item defined in the module file for /user/%/flickrrippr/fetch/% or anything that looks like a user fetch
