How to remove the arrange fields that shows on all nodes VIEW mode?

Should it show only in EDIT mode of a field?

Users without edit permissions for the node keep clicking on [Arrange Fields] and error messages keep coming up.

Please assist. Thank you in advance.

Only users with the "administer arrange fields" permission should see the Arrange Fields link. Check to make sure that you do not have that enabled for anonymous users.

However-- what you are describing IS a bug! It definitely should not show up on the node view page regardless of if the user has permissions or not. It appears to be a bug in my hook_menu system, relating to webform. I will see if I can fix it.

I went ahead and made this a new release, as I felt like this bug should be taken care of immediately. They new version is 1.3, and should be up within 10 minutes. Unless you continue to have problems, I am going to go ahead and mark this one as "fixed".
