The text below from the setting page needs to be changed as the procedure no longer matches what is on the Facebook website.

Go on your facebook app page (Applications > Developer > My Applications) click "Edit Settings". Then click "Connect". Make sure that the "Connect URL" matches your domain exactly.

There is no "Connect" to click or "Connect URL" field.
