Now the problem is:
I created Preset
Add a New Action (any)
Click in Update preset
New fields appear like scale
I fill the fields Like: Width:65 Height:65
Click in Update preset (NEW BUG)
Return Blank page (I tested in my localhost and in my webhost)
I hope could be useful to you.

Can you please include the versions of imagecache and drupal you are using, and the webserver/version platform?

In all honesty it sounds like you need to increase you php memory limit. Is there anything in your error logs?
