"Proper case" titles.

Hopefully this is not yet another duplicate issue from webchick. ;) I tried searching for "capitalize" but didn't find anything.

Since a few weeks ago, all the menu titles in Drupal 5.x are now "Proper cased" so the titles of the stuff CCK adds in look out of place.

Here is a simple patch to fix this.
