Subject: Advanced Forums functionality Drupal portal
A professional Drupal-expert needed in order to create MAIN portal which will be a “center“ for family of Drupal portals (already ready without forums) and SHARE mutual forum rooms between the main and the niche portals. The child-portals should have the same user base with the main portal so all the user list should be on the main one.
Also, each user which sign in to one of the sites in the network, is having an account with the whole of the network and gets inserted to the appropriate list on my Interspire email marketing software (http://www.interspire.com/) . It’s simple API can be founded here:

In your application, please indicate:
1. Your history with Drupal modules developing, especially forum related modules.
2. General PHP background.
3. Do you want to theme the site or you prefer to get the general site themed and make the coding for functionality specified above?
4. The system should be super secured what do you advice? Should we host all site in the same server (afraid of DB hacking).
5. How you are going to achieve the functionality (feel free to talk technically as I have a programming history)
6. How long it will be required to complete the task.

A tip
If you use Domain Access to set up your portal sites, you can share the forums across them. The Domain Taxonomy module will let you set taxonomy per domain so you can pick and choose which forums will be on which site.
