Is it possible to use qtip from text other than in a node body? In particular, I am needing to give hints/tips from a webform. I place the code [qtip:hint|The tooltip's content] within the value part of the webform expecting to get a hint when I moused over the "hint" but nothing happened.

Right now qTip does only work in nodes. I am planning to figure out how to build in functionality with webform as I have some projects that could use this functionality as well. If anyone has any patches related to this issue that they would like to submit that would be greatly appreciated!
