When I add action Scale and Smart crop there is a warning:

Warning: Parameter 1 to image_gd_smartcrop_scale() expected to be a reference, value given in image_toolkit_invoke() (line 96 of R:\wamp\www\swat\includes\image.inc).

and the sample image stays the same as the original.
