I installed the wbapi modules on my website. When creating a view based on wbapi:countries, I noticed a warning that the wbapi_countries table was not available. Indeed, the database has no wbapi-tables at all. A review of the .install file showed that only a cache_wbapi table should be installed, and it was, but apparently there should be other tables as well. I googled, but no table definitions popped up. So what am I doing wrong here?

I think you are using Views 2. This module requires Views 3.
