First patch made from mshick's improvements.

1. Fix for an issue involving the _video_upload_update_video function and multiple video records being updated
2. Fix for views bug && cck double sanitation bug
3. Various improvements to the way videos are updated in video_upload_field()
4. Third problem from #904690: Video status shows processing always and all videos are uploaded everytime cron is run.
