In Drupal 6 version there is option in Views "Group multiple values" for field, but I can not find anything similar to that in Drupal 7.
In D6 I had imagefiled filed with multiple images, and I could select Group multiple values option to show only one image.
I believe that this option in D6 came from CCK and Views integration.

Is there something I can do to get that option in D7?

This is being handled in Views in D7. There is an open issue already about this, #895046: Implement views_handler_field_multiple.
