Embed and view microformats

Allow microformat entries to be embedded into a post very simply (possibly using some kind of BB code). It may look something like this:

This then embeds the hCard with title "microformat title" into a page at the location of the tag, with the display being set to none. If this is then run through a microformat viewer or parser, this should be picked up. An example can be seen here for my own site and vCard.

Each embed option is based on the microformats in the database, so it's very easy to add a new microformat to the site.
