Unused code can cause problems

The menu callbacks mailchimp/unsubscribe/success and mailchimp/unsubscribe/failure in the hook_menu implementation are not used in the current code, and can be removed. They both specify callbacks to functions that do not exist, and so will cause errors/blank screens if those pages are accessed
