Description

I've got an urget problem, we currently have no way of contacting our members, help would be appreciated!

I began with the advuser module, and as far as I can tell I could email all users without a problem until we signed up more than 250 users, at which point some but not all of them get the "all users" emails.

So I tried this module, but have run into the same problem. I think it must be the script timing out - I have a shared hosting account and don't have permission to change that. Is there a way that this problem can be avoided?

Thanks for your help,
Steve

You need to use one of the more complex mailing modules that queues the mail rather than trying to send it all directly. CiviCRM will do this (but probably won't run on your host). Or maybe look at send.module (which I haven't tried myself).

Thank you! I'll take a look at them.

It seems that I am having the same problem. Drupal 4.7 and Mail Module 4.7.
Many, but not all members are receiving notifications.
When I send, after awhile there will be an error message, (I'll post it later).

Has anyone resolved this problem?

Has anyone found a better email module?

Thanks...

Jerry
