securesite_boot hook doesn't get loaded in the Drupal frontpage and because of that user can view frontpage. After user clicks any link securesite login form is presented. Redirect dosen't happen even when I reload the frontpage.

To my understanding hook_boot should run when the frontpage is loaded but for some reason it doesn't. Any tips? Caching is turned off. Drupal version 6.19. And I'm using HTML log-in form.
