We have to insert selected data in multiple database For eg. We are developing multiple sites using single code base. Now we want to insert story thru admin section where we have to display selected story in both site while rest in separate sites.

Please don't abuse Priorities. Critical is for major *bugs*, not random feature requests: http://drupal.org/node/45111
Multisite Manager doesn't do this. If you implement it in Multisite Manager, send me a patch. good luck.
