Lists do not display properly in Firefox

Description
Unordered and ordered lists do not show up in Firefox. The indent occurs but there is no circle for unordered lists or numbers for ordered lists. Nothing in the theme was changed, it was activated as-is. Lists work fine in other themes, so it is not my Drupal installation; I am using 4.7.4.
If this is expected behavior, can you please share which line in the CSS will disable this behavior or re-enable the standard behavior?
