This module is exactly what i am looking for from some time (the similar Image_tab.module was never really finished), thanks for sharing!

Only problem: would this version work on 4.7 also? and if not, would it be hard to backport?

cheers,
marco

I too am very interested in using this module with 4.7.

I really like the approach node images takes for storing and managing images associated with a node. It doesn't clutter the repository with separate image nodes like the image + image_attach modules do. Instead, images seem to belong entirely to an individual node. They're not shared among nodes; and when a node is deleted, any associated images are deleted too. The design looks to be beautifully simple and easy to manage.

I'm not strong as a Drupal coder, but I'd be willing to help test with 4.7. Send me an email if you'd like me to help.

I'm working on version for 4.7, but I'm going crazy with the cvs branches. If anyone has some hints to share about managing branches with TortoiseCVS, I'll be able to keep both versions alive, otherwise I'll keep head version only.

I downloaded the 4.7 version from CVS, and the basic functionality works pretty well.

Thank you Stefano.

Good, there's still some small bugfix to do, thanks for your feedback.

so this means there's only one HEAD version working on 4.7 right now, but is tagged as 5.0 (have a look at the module's "View Releases" page at http://drupal.org/node/98478/release)?

i had a look in the repository but the 4.7 folders are empty...well, going ot try now ;)

You can find the 4.7 version in the 4.7.2 branch.

Hi

Nice module but i can't find a 4.7 version in cvs at 4.7 branch only blank directory, in http://drupal.org/node/98478/release only 5.xx available

Thanks

toma, those folders are empty, i stepped on that too. You need to select the 4.7 branch from the dropdown menu in cvs and download manually each file from there.

stefano: i don't have the barest idea of what is needed to do that, but if is not hard job can you please upload a 4.7 tarball in the releases page so it's easier for everybody to find?

cheers

Hi Marco,

Can you (or anyone else) attach the zipped folder for Node Images for 4.7.4 in here in the mean time ?

That would be much appreciated.
