Using "Link operations" >> "Create new [contenttype]" while the module Pathauto 6.x-1.5 is enabled, makes the redirection to the child node fail. The page gets totally blank while the child node is created. Disabling Pathauto makes the problem go away; with redirection to the new child node.

Just wondering have you tried it with Pathauto v1.4? I was going to upgrade to v1.5 but now that I see this I may not upgrade because it's working great with v1.4. If you try it with v1.4 let me know if it works.
