My apologies as this is not a direct drupal problem but rather a problem I have with drupal.org. Very odd problem. I am getting the WSOD when trying to login to drupal.org when logging in from home computer. This happens with all browsers. In IE, I get the 'unable to connect, website down blah blah blah' error. In firefox, it's an empty WSOD with no html source at all. This happens after I enter login and password and hit the submit button.

If I go from my home, via VPN, to my work desktop, then to drupal.org, everything works fine. This is not a connection deficit. This all started happening after I had some wiring redone, on my internet line in. I can't figure out why it's only happening with Drupal.org, and not other drupal based sites (all my sites work great). IS it possible my router, firewall is to blame? I made no changes there.

Again, sorry for coming here with technical support but it is defnitely drupal.org related. Thanks for any ideas.

Did you ever get this solved? I have been trying to solve same problem all morning. Now, I can't even log into drupal.org. I also had to come to work VPN to log in. Problem is not router.. persists after bypassing.

We are also having the same problem accessing drupal.org when connected using our VPN. All other websites seems to work correctly but drupal.org does not load.

Any ideas why?
