I have a strange problem, while my main site works fine, I keep getting "500 Server Error"s for one of my add-on domains. The frontpage of the add-on domain works fine; however, when I try to access any nodes, or login, or anything else, I get the 500 error. This only began a few days ago, and I have not made any changes to .htaccess, or anything else to the site at all, so after browsing through the forum, I thought it must be a problem with the host...

The site is hosted by Blouehost, a few attempts at contacting the customer service either resulted in "I'm not quite sure what's wrong," or "Go ask on Drupal's support forum." I have, of course, searched through the forum here for the last few days, and could not find anything that seemed similar to my case.

On the error log, it just says:

Premature end of script headers: /home/mysite/public_html/mysite/index.php

The main reason I don't think it's because of the .htaccess file is because, I haven't made any changes to the .htaccess file since September, and this only began a few days ago. Is there anything I'm missing? Any suggestions as to what is going on would be greatly appreciated!

I'm having the same issue. I've been running Drupal 4.6.8 fine on Bluehost fine, and as of Wednesday, any attempt to go to the directory with Drupal installed (www.tlhines.com/breakonthrough/) results in a 500 error. I don't think you can use a separate .htaccess file with Bluehost (maybe I'm wrong). In any case, I'm guessing Bluehost has updated something on the server side, and it's causing a problem. I'm wondering if other Bluehost folks have had this problem, and how they've resolved it.
