Is there any way to get the header and footer to be part of the node (content) when creating the newsletter?

For instance I include a link to view the newsletter as web page, but the header and footer do not show in the node - only what is put in the body.

Obviously, the way around it is to include the header and footer info in the body, but then there is no point using this mod.

Possible?
