The best way to describe this issue is to go to my product page and after it loads change the option of the first attribute. When doing this the I observe the following behavior.

1. The 2nd attribute automatically switches to the first option.
2. THe sku does not change.

Now select another option with the first attribute and it works correctly.

I only see the errors on the very first attempt at switching the first attribute.

Doesn't seem to make a difference if I only have 1 attribute or two.

I switched back to the older versions of this at dependent attributes due to some bugs. So the examples I posted earlier are no longer good examples of the failure.

It works for me with Dependent Attributes 6.x-1.x-dev and a patched uc-aac-6.x-2.1.
