Issue Summary
I went into Home>Administer>Content Management>Content Type>Program>Manage Fields and moved the "Schedule -Station Program module form down below some other content and saved the changes. After going into Station>Programs> and then selected a program I found that the schedule remained at the top of the view.
The expected outcome would be that the schedule would be lower down between the content types it was placed between on the Home>Administer>Content Management>Content Type>Program>Manage Fields page.

Ah yeah, looks like I was still hard coding the weight. Committed the attached to HEAD.

I have applied this patch and am still experiencing the same behavior as before. I see no change with this patch applied.
