Schedule is always at the top of a program's individual page

I went into Home>Administer>Content Management>Content Type>Program>Manage Fields and moved the "Schedule -Station Program module form down below some other content and saved the changes. After going into Station>Programs> and then selected a program I found that the schedule remained at the top of the view.

The expected outcome would be that the schedule would be lower down between the content types it was placed between on the Home>Administer>Content Management>Content Type>Program>Manage Fields page.
