Adding note for product/s during checkout (not to the order)

I am new to Ubercart and this is my first post...

In my shopping cart I would like to allow customers to add a note to products.

Example: A customer choose to add product (01ake) to the chart, while or after they add it they should be able to add note corresponds only to that product.

Is it possible to accomplish this
