Disable aggregation on a per feed basis.

Say for example I have 50 feeds listed, some might be problematic on the other sites so I might want to disable aggregation temporarily.

An easy way to do this might be to add the option in the 'update interval' to disabled - so the feed is still listed but just won't update with the rest when cron runs.
