Affiliate Rewrite for Outgoing Links?

Is there anyway to easily rewrite outgoing affiliate links? I want to start with Amazon links so they can be rewritten to gain commissions. Then I would eventually want to rewrite ebay links and lastly comission junction links. Is there any good module to this, or does each affiliate have to be rewritten individually?
