1st line callout text in different font style?

Hi,

I have added a block of plain text to the Preface Top region and have chosen the bold callout style. When logged the text displays correctly in the default style. But when logged out/anonymous the first line only appears to be displayed in the node title style (i.e., a much larger and different coloured font style to the rest of the callout text).

Any help to fix would be much appreciated.
