Donation name is not always used

Hi travist, great module as per usual

I am using this for an additional optional journal subscription that is not a donation. I renamed it from Donation and functionally it works great, but when I choose my "donation" amount it adds to the line items "Donation". I have supplied a patch to fix this.

On another note I'm not sure you're meant to wrap variables in the t() function, because there is no real way to translate them (see http://drupal.org/node/684222#comment-2630802 which is actually a very similar issue)
