I have a site where some random nodes are visible by the administrator (i.e the node exists and I can access it) but as soon as I log off and browse the site as an annonymous user I get the 404 page. How do I go about trying to figure out what went wrong?

Are the pages/content published? Usually, if a page is not published it will have a pinkish background and will be visible when logged in.
