Hi!
I have gmap and location module installed. Users are typing latitude and longitude and then marker on map appears on theirs nodes. As you know it is terrible solution but I dont know how to make it work with typing just city and street name just like on google maps.

Doesn't the Location module provide address fields which will then be geocoded on node creation? I'm pretty sure that is how I used it in the past. I think you may also need Gmap Location module. Check this page.
