Error when adding content that has CC licensing enabled [#993014]

When I try to add content of a type that has the option for allowing users to attach Creative Commons licenses, I get the following error:

Notice: Undefined index: #default_value in creativecommons_form_alter() (line 1331 of /home/jenlust1/public_html/d7/sites/all/modules/creativecommons/creativecommons.module).

As a result, no options for attaching a CC license are shown in form.

I forgot to add, my server is running PHP 5.2.14

The nodeapi hooks haven't been updated for D7, which is why that release is still a dev snapshot. That said, with D7's release coming soon I should probably get on that.
