Content Templates: Support for Views/Themes template files?

The Views module, in Basic Settings, has information on Themes (Theming information) using template .tpl files.

Can/could Content Templates edit/create/manage all these templates? Of course one can do it manually, but to be able to do it through the UI, with help about available variables, would be very helpful.
