[title] in CCK Text Field?

Hello i have been trying to work out how to do this for quite a while now and after recent research i don't even know if it is possible but i have to ask.

I was hoping to take the title of a node and insert it into a cck text field eg.

Node Title: Car A
Default text in field: If you like [title] then why not become a [title] owner.

So as it would read: If you like Car A then why not become a Car A owner.

I just get the "If you like [title] then why not become a [title] owner." bit as it doesn't work for me. Is this possible at all?
