If a user has the 'administer menu' permission, but not the 'administer symlinks' permission, they still see the "Show in More Locations" form elements.

If they click "Add Location" or "Delete Location", they get this error: "An HTTP error 403 occurred. /drupal/nodesymlinks/ahah"

Shouldn't the "Show in More Locations" be hidden if the user does not have the 'administer symlinks' permission?
