I would suggest to add the:
package = Dialog or Dialog API

i suggest to give the submodules comment and user package = Dialog or Dialog API, too

oh yes my fault, i accidentially moved them into the same folder. thought they were bundled. did you post the patch in the issue queue on the other 2 modules?

try "User interface" package group. no problem there

this is not entirely correct as per Drupal standards, but please think of the admins ;)
it's really annoying to have 50-100 modules in the "Other" fieldset/tab.

many modules follow similar approach (other administration, permission and caching/performance modules) to help admins

most of the relevant interface and jQuery modules have moved there...
