When you are creating a user via the add user button in the users section of administration, the password strength checker is still there. Users are not allowed to create their own accounts so I'm not sure if the problem only occurs here, but why is this module not doing it's job?

The reason is line 17 in the .module file.

Uncomment lines 17 and 19. And the job will be done.

I have a registration page on a custom URL but not "my-site.com/user" by using Auto assign role module. The above method also worked for me. Thanks.
