Release notes

Several important changes for this release:
* Code/Instructions for integrating with Postfix was added by NigelCunningham and DarrellDuane. #771704: Postfix Support
* letapjar added a patch so that emails would be sent out always _after_ pathauto had created an URL alias not before so emails would include nid in emails. #967056: OGM should always send out emails AFTER pathauto has created it's automatic path alias
* Added 3 new alter hooks to let other modules alter incoming emails before they're posted.
* Some bug fixes for the og_forum integration.
* Clarified installation instructions for Exim4.
