When I activate the topic review in the comment settings of a content type, I get the following problems:

- the link "Topic Review" (e.g. node/add/comment/5164/5169#forum-topic-top) has no class, it is not styleable and the space before and after the link is to small. Without a css class I can not set a margin above and below the link. Solution?

- within the top review itself the "top"-link does not work, because it is not the original thread it is the edit page we have opened. E.g. /node/add/comment/1869#forum-topic-top does not work!!! #forum-topic-top does not point to the top.

Thats why topic review is not usable at the moment. Does anyone have any solution?

The first part is definitely NC and that link should really be in a theme function as well as having a class.

The second part has nothing to do with NC and is covered by #994842: Improve reply forms
