I had to uninstall the Admin Menu for a test and it the menu I cloned just disapeared. Are 'Menu Clone' and 'Admin Menu' related or dependent one to the other ?

What menu did you clone exactly (source name and clone name)? The modules are not at all related, other than the fact that they both do stuff with menu's ;-)

I had cloned a Menu originally built with Taxonomy Menu.

When I have uninstalled 'Admin Menu', I lost the cloned Menu and the Original had lost lots of Children Items. Actually, I tried to rebuild it and I encountered errors, so I have changed the Menu type to "Default path" instead of "custom path". Rebuilt. And now it is working again.

But I am willing to disable Taxonomy Menu. So, what is going to happen to the cloned Menu ? Is it linked to the original Menu ?
