The Content region is positioned at the bottom of the page, directly above the Footer region. Shouldn't it appear above above the content of the page? As it is positioned now, it might as well be called Second Footer region.

Well, same applies if it's below header, it might then be called second header.
I think the placement of the content region is fairly good.
