Is there a way to keep it from enabling automatically?

It keeps re-enabling everything I disabled when I enable a new mod!

Isn't that the entire point of the module? "This module is a little helper to maintain an administrator role which has all available permissions."

Can you put in a setting to give control over how we want to it work? Like:

1) Enable new modules only
2) Manually
3) Auto enable
