swfobject.js not being included for Thickbox thumbnails

When showing the display style "Thickbox: Image Thumbnail -> Full Size Video" (for example) the swftools.js script is not included in the page header. Thus when the video is expanded in the Thickbox it throws a javascript error that "swfobject is undefined." Thumbnail field display styles need to use drupal_add_js to add the scripts which are required for their full view.
