Hello,

There are missing two Union Territories in India so please update with the attached file. I have updated with two Union Territories that are Lakshadweep and Puducherry with the line number of 47 and 49.

I found a number of things wrong in addition to the two missing territories. Attached is the new India .cif file along with an update() function to fix data currently in the database for people who already have India installed. Can you review this, test installing this new .cif AND test updating from the previous India .cif?

.cif file didn't show up on previous post. Evidently uploads on d.o. broke today: #997192: form cache broken on drupal.org due to broken memcache

Trying the workaround of pressing "Save" instead of "Attach" ...
