There is no teaser when i crosspost cck nodes. Can we get teasers generated by conteplate?

Regrettably at this time, LJXP can only work with nodes that use 'body' and 'teaser' normally, ruling CCK out for the time being. It will take some amount of work to fix this properly by running the node through node_view and acquiring the proper content.
I don't think it could work at all in lj-cut mode that way, but it might.
