Issue Summary
Hi there,
I am running Drupal 6.19 and Open Atrium 1.0-beta8 and have OG User Roles 6.x-4.x-dev installed but still am not getting the "Configure Roles" tab anywhere (not on member list[~/group_name/members]) which is where I believe it is supposed to be.
In reviewing the forums I found 2 possible patches:
1. https://community.openatrium.com/issues/node/1436
2. http://drupal.org/node/691460
I have tried the first one with no success. I'm not sure how to implement the second one, but it seems almost 1 year old and prior to the 4.x release so I'm not sure how relevant it is anymore.
Has anyone realized a fix for this? Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

Same problem here. I moved from 1.5 to 4.1 and the configure roles tab vanished.
UPDATE: I noticed in the menu router table that the access_callback field is being set to 0, which I believes has the effect of denying access to everyone including user 1. Not sure yet why this is happening. I thought it might be module weighting, but I haven't found a combination that functions yet.

A patch was posted in this open atrium post and it seems to be working for me. I hope it helps others. (You must create a free atrium community account to view and download the attachment/patch/module). Big thanks to lordg...
