Wrong country names

I was preparing a translation of v. 6.x-2.17 and I could notice that some country names were misspelled. Here is a list, to the left what's currently in the module, to the right, the correct string.

• Phone Numbers - Greek -----> Phone Numbers - Greece
• Phone Numbers - Panamana ------> Phone Numbers - Panama
• Phone Numbers - Hungari -----> Phone Numbers - Hungary
