Adding Video

Want to say I like the theme that you made. Also the time you take to respond to questions is beautiful. Thank you. Now, I would like to ask. How can I add a video feed to the top content box? Also I want to add a stock ticker to the page right above or below the preface1,2,&3 region. Where do I add the code for that so that it shows up in one of those spots? Thank you.
